Girls Inc. of Guilford County invites you to support our mission of inspiring all girls to be strong, smart and bold. With roots dating back to 1864 and national status since 1945, Girls Inc. has responded to the changing needs of girls through research-based programs and public education efforts that empower girls to understand, value, and assert their rights. Girls Inc. national reached over 1,000,000 girls this year through Girls Inc. affiliates, like ours, the national website, and educational publications.
Girls Inc. programs for girls ages 6 - 18 focus on leadership and community service; science, technology and math; financial literacy; sports; culture and heritage; promoting health lifestyle and decision making; and media literacy. We need YOUR support to reach girls throughout the Guilford County community. We cannot achieve this mission without the energy and support of concerned and committed people like you.
